Mary Bosarge
Mary was born and raised in Cedar Key. She has worked in one aspect or another of the seafood industry all her life, from picking crabs and shucking oysters or cherrystone clams to preparing seafood at the Heron Restaurant back when Janice Coupe owned it. When not working as our office manager and a Realtor at Pelican Realty, Mary spends many off-hours sewing clam bags for Cedar Key's burgeoning clam industry.
